• After 60 days — another 10%

Payment for completed apartments:
• 40% — within a month
• 10% — after 60 days
• Remaining balance — 15-year mortgage at 6%
(including appreciation on the remaining balance)
Why is this convenient and Profitable:
Just like in Russia, you can put down only 50% of the apartment's cost and pay the rest with a mortgage from a Thai bank.
• 15-year mortgage
• 6% annual interest rate
• Monthly payment: from 10,500 baht
That's about $290, or 27,000 rubles, the same as renting a one-room apartment in a Moscow suburb.
And most importantly, this apartment can be rented out, and the rental income will fully cover the mortgage payments. This means the apartment pays for itself, even if you live in another country.
Why you should decide:
✅ It's completely legal and official
✅ The payment plan is the same as in Russia
✅ The apartment can be rented out, and the rent will cover the mortgage
✅ You can move to Phuket even if you're 70 – and start living here and now
✅ The complex is pet-friendly: bring your beloved cat or dog with you
