Additional fees:- Sinking Fund (major renovation fund) = 700 THB/$20/sq m (paid) One-time)
- Common fee
- (complex maintenance/upkeep) monthly 70 THB/$2/m2, paid annually.
- Installation of meters (electricity/water meters) = 15,000 THB/$428 (one-time payment).
- Leasehold registration tax (one-time payment for the first 30 years, re-paid for the next 30 years). Tax = 0.55% of the value.
- Freehold registration tax (one-time payment upon property registration with the land department). Rate = 2.5% of the value.
