Flexible payment terms when purchasing a villa at the
construction stage:
1. Reserve deposit — 300,000 THB.
2. Signing of the sales contract — 35%
(within 30 days of booking).
3. Foundation completed — 15%.
4. Completion of the main
building frame — 15%.
5. Completion of walls and roof — 15%.
6. Completion of interior finishing,
installation of built-in furniture, installation of
windows and doors — 15%.
7. Transfer of ownership and
land registration — 5%.

Ownership Options:
A. Freehold: Available exclusively to Thai citizens and companies, granting absolute ownership of the property with no time restrictions.

B. Leasehold: Available to both foreign and Thai buyers for a 30-year term, renewable twice, ensuring long-term and stable ownership.

Notes:
• Each villa features a private pool.
The villa's exterior is landscaped according to a carefully designed
landscape. The price of the villa includes installation of air conditioning, built-in wardrobes, and a kitchen.
• Prices are fixed in Thai baht.
• A furniture package is optionally available to fully furnish the villa.
• A capital improvement contribution of 300 THB per square meter of land area is required. • Monthly common area management fee
is 40 THB per square meter and includes
24-hour security, garbage collection, lighting, and maintenance of
common green areas.
