Example of installment calculation for 8 years for a one-bedroom apartment 54 sq.m.:
50% during construction and 50% upon completion.

Payment schedule:

• 20% upon signing the contract 46,930$ , THB 1,498,000 or 3,932,000₽
• 10% upon completion of 25% of construction 23,460$ / THB 799,000 or 2,122,000₽
• 10% upon completion of 50% of construction 23,460$ / THB 799,000 or 2,122,000₽
• 10% upon completion of 75% of construction 23,460$ / THB 799,000 or 2,122,000₽
• 50% quarterly after receiving the keys over 5 years you pay 7000$, 238,000 baht or 627,734 rubles, covering these payments with rental income.

We rent out our personal 1-bedroom apartment 59 sq.m in the same Laguna area for 6000$ per month in high season, 3000$ in low season.
You receive the keys in 2027.

Bonuses
Buyers are provided with special conditions: a gift in the form of a furniture package or an additional discount equal to the cost of the package. Discounts also amount to 300,000 baht for one-bedroom, 500,000 baht for two-bedroom and 1,000,000 baht for three-bedroom apartments, making the purchase even more выгоднее.
