Payment terms:
Reservations are made with a deposit of 300,000 THB. The contract must be signed within 30 days of booking, with a 35% deposit.

Further payment is made in stages based on the progress of construction:
  • 20% upon completion of the foundation;
  • 15% upon completion of the concrete structure;
  • 15% upon completion of the walls and door frame installation;
  • 10% upon completion of flooring, painting, and installation of doors and windows;
  • 5% upon registration of the land title.

Additional expenses include:

  1. The monthly common area maintenance fee is THB 6,000 for a villa and THB 8,500 for a townhouse. This fee is payable one year in advance.
  2. The one-time sinking fund contribution is THB 70,000 for a villa and THB 100,000 for a townhouse.
  3. The cost of installing water and electricity meters is 20,000 THB (one-time payment) for both property types.
  4. The title deed transfer fee is split 50/50 between the developer and the buyer.

A furniture package can be purchased upon request.
  • For a villa, a furniture package for a 3-bedroom villa costs 650,000 THB.
  • For a townhouse, a furniture package for a 3-bedroom villa costs 950,000 THB, and for a 2-bedroom villa, 550,000 THB.

All prices are in Thai baht (THB).
The price includes a swimming pool, garden, and air conditioning.
Soft furnishings are not included.
